Subscribe & Save

When you choose Subscribe & Save, your lashes are delivered automatically on the schedule shown at checkout (for example, every 2 months). You save the subscription discount shown on the product page and at checkout on every delivery, and offers such as "Buy 1, Get 1 Free" carry over to your renewals.

Automatic renewal and billing

Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. On each renewal date we charge the payment method you used at checkout for the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes. Shipping is free. Your order confirmation email shows your subscription price and delivery schedule.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee and no minimum number of orders:

Online: log in to your account, open Subscriptions, and select Cancel subscription.
Through us: send us a message through our Contact page with your email address and order number, and we'll cancel it for you and confirm by email.

To stop the next renewal, cancel before your next billing date. Cancellation stops all future charges and deliveries. Orders that have already been charged and shipped will still be delivered.

Skipping or changing a delivery

Want to skip a delivery, change your styles, or change your schedule? Contact us before your next billing date and we'll update it. Some changes can also be made directly from your account.

Refunds on subscription orders

If a renewal was charged after you meant to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the charge and before that order ships, and we'll cancel and refund it in full. Your first subscription order is covered by our 30-day try-on guarantee. For details, see our Refund Policy.
